“What are the best conferences for podcasters to attend?” Such a great question! And one that I want to explore today. So let’s not waste another second. Here are ten different events for you to consider for your 2020 calendar!
1. Podfest – Orlando, FL March 6 – 8, 2020
“Podfest Expo is a community of people who are interested in and passionate about sharing their voice and message with the world through the powerful mediums of audio and video. We’re proud to unite as many people as possible to learn, get inspired, and grow better together.” – PodfestExpo.com
Podcasters from all over the country are going to be united in this 3-day event in Florida dedicating to bringing podcasters from all walks of life together. 2. TexasPodCon – TBD
Texas PodCon is definitely an event I wish I could’ve attended last year! Not only does it sound like an amazing podcast event, but it’s only a few hours from my house! The 2020 details haven’t been announced yet, but last year’s event was in San Antonio, TX in October. I’m hoping that this year’s event will be just as promising with powerhouse speakers and an intimate setting for podcasters to collaborate and unite with one another.

3. She Podcasts LIVE – October 2020, Details Coming Soon!
I had the privilege of interviewing She Podcasts co-founder Jessica Kupferman last year on the year podcast. And I have to tell you, I had some serious FOMO that I couldn’t attend last year’s conference! (FOMO = Fear Of Missing Out) I followed the ShePodcasts LIVE event on Instagram the whole time the conference was going on and it looked like a ton of fun!
There were recording booths set up, lots of networking opportunities, and they even had booths for mermaid hair…mermaid hair, y’all! That sounds like a fun party to me! While the details are coming soon on the conference dates, times and location, I can tell you that I’m planning to attend this conference this year.

4. Podcast Movement – 2 Events in 2020
Podcast Movement is probably the biggest and most well-known of the podcast conferences. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re brand new, haven’t launched, or you’re just looking for a place to hang out with other podcasters, they have it all. And in 2020 for the first time, they’re offering 2 different types of conferences.
Podcast Movement Evolutions, Los Angeles, CA February 12-15, 2020
The smaller event of the 2 will be held in Los Angeles in February 2020. This event is geared towards 3 different types of people in the podcast world: the creator, professional podcasters, and the industry professional.

Podcast Movement, Dallas, TX, August 5-8, 2020
I can’t even tell you how excited I am that Podcast Movement is coming to Dallas this year! Not only is the venue just a few hours away from my home, but this is one of the biggest podcast conferences of the year! (Plus, I applied to speak on one of the tracks for the conference. Wish me luck!)

Everything that Rachel Hollis touches turns to fiery motivation. And although I wasn’t able to attend RISE Business last year, I fully plan to go this year. I was able to attend RISE in Dallas last year and let me tell ya…it was fire to my soul! So much fun. So much energy. And full of motivation!
